These are guys do most of the work for you. They have scouted, they know where the deer travel, bed, and feed.

Most of them have food plots planted, which provide the deer with year round nutrition, which leads to bigger racks.

Most of these guys will have a quality deer management program in place so you will get a good chance at a mature buck.

I would highly recommend checking out these guys if you have the cash and want to shoot a big, mature buck.

Wolf Creek Outfitters

My name is Bob Irvine and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my company.

By providing you with some details, I hope to give you confidence in booking your next hunting adventure with Wolf-Creek Outfitters.

When considering a guided hunting trip, it is always prudent to consider the credentials of the outfitter who will be responsible for your success and happiness.

So with that in mind, here is a little information about me:

I qualified for my first guide's license in 1983, and began conducting, on a small scale, Whitetail and mule deer hunts through out Alberta. Through out this time I also spent five seasons in the Northwest Territories as a guide for Arctic- Red River Outfitters hunting Dall sheep and caribou.

In 1988, I started Wolf-Creek Outfitters. I have worked hard to improve and expand my company. As for accreditation and affiliations, I am a member of the Alberta Professional Outfitters Association, the Safari International Club, and the Sheep Foundation.

Over the years, Wolf-Creek Outfitters has grown but not to the point of being too big. I like to provide that personal touch and attention that you will require when hunting trophy animals. It's the only way I know how to be a successful outfitter.

I believe in quality and ethnical hunts, and I strive to provide you with the best hunting adventure possible. After 18 years in the industry, I have come to believe in two things:

Quality not Quantity, and you get what you pay for.

My hunts are all fair chase and depending upon the species, terrain, and conditions are conducted by using 4-wheel drive, ATV's, hunting towers, tree stands, spot and stalk, or walking/backpacking.

Wolf-Creek Outfitters, over the years, has harvested many trophy animals. Many of these animal have scored high enough to reach the record books in Boone & Crockett and Pope & Young.

We also offer Whitetail Hunting and Waterfowl Hunting Packages. Please contact us as there are special needs for some of these hunts.

There are a number of Boon & Crocket Whitetail's taken from this area each year. As far as big racks go, it doesn't get any better than this. These aren't little bodied Texas Whitetails, these bruisers can tip the scales at 250 and even over 300 pounds. If you are from the southern part of the country you have never seen a whitetail of that size. These deer are corn fed and go great on the table.

We have a new lodge with 20 beds. If you have a larger group we will make the necessary arrangements to make sure all our customers are as comfortable as possible.

You are more then welcome to bring your own dogs. We have doggie lodging as well.

If you don't have a dog, you will be hunting behind some of the finest German Shorthairs around.

We do have pups and started dogs available at certain times of the year but they generally go fast. Often they are sold before we can get them posted on the site.

If you are interested in one of our started dogs or pups, it would be a good idea to call and talk with us. Often we do have a waiting list.
