Here is AWH Pro-Staffer Shawn Scholler along with 81 yr old Al Smaxwill with their 2011 Door County Wisconsin Toms. Shawn's bird weighed 20# with a 9 3/4" beard and Al's weighed 23# with a 10 7/8" beard. The birds were shot 2 hrs apart from the same blind! Way to go Guys!

Here is AWH Pro-Staffer Paul Bonack with yet another turkey. Paul got his opening day 2011 Wis. bird right away in the morning. He weighed 22# and had an 8.5" beard. What a great picture! Way to go Paul!

Here is AWH Pro-Staffer Leah Black with her first turkey. A big Tom she got with the help of her boyfriend fellow AWH Pro-Staffer Andy Kramer on April 20th during the 2011 Wisconsin Turkey season right after some big snow. Makes for a great picture! The Tom weighed 21.5#, it has a 9.5" beard and 1 1/8" spurs! Way to go Leah!

AWH Pro Staffer Pete Denzin and the Tom he harvested May 6th, 10 minutes before closing time. 24.6 lbs, 11.75” beard, spur 1.25”.



Zach Denzin scored with a 25yd shot Sunday evening at 6:50. It was his first solo bird. 23.9lbs, 10.00” beard, 1.06” longest spur Way to go Zach!



Collin Denzin with help from his Dad, AWH Prostaffer Pete Denzin scored on Sunday morning at 9:15am with a 25yd shot.The tom was 21.4 lbs, 10.00” beard, 1.06” longest spur. Way to go Collin!



Jim Schmitz does it again. It’s amazing that he sticks a bird every year with his recurve bow.



Dan Neitzel got this bird opening morning (April 28th) around 8:30 near Waldo. He was 23#s, first tom.

Tim and Betty McNeil and the turkey they got behind their cabin near Mountain, Wisconsin. The tom came at 20 lbs with a 5 1/2 beard and 1" spurs. Tim used a gun his father bought him for Christmas 35 years ago for $29 , when he was 15 years old.
